A South Dakotan by birth, this world-wide citizen is ready to try to take on the challenge of teaching in the ’09 Houston Corps.  My university experiences changed my political views, took me outside of my American comfort zone, and made me rethink my priorities.  I now realize that I was truly  lucky to have had those experiences and want to ensure that the next generation of students doesn’t have to rely on luck!
